. Cause and occurrence of the accident
On the early morning of Sat, Jan13, 1996
(departing from Tokyo Station at around 6:30 AM),
Nishimura was staying at a hotel for a business trip
to Tsuruga, but was found collapsed in the hallway next
to the hotel's emergency stairs at around 6 AM that day.
He was then transferred to nearby St. Luke's Hospital,
where he was confirmed dead.
